Thank you for choosing the software offered by Intuit Inc. and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “Intuit”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Please read these license terms (“Agreement”) carefully. This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Intuit. By clicking “I Agree”, by declaring electronic Acceptance or by installing, accessing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not use the Software. 1.18. “You” and “Your” as used in this Agreement means the natural person or entity on whose behalf that person acts, who licenses the Software and who is identified by name during the process of creating and registering the Software. 20.1.1. User acknowledges that the Software contains or contains proprietary software owned by QlikTech and its affiliates (“QlikView Products”).
The user is expressly prohibited from using QlikView products in any manner other than that embedded in the data structures of the OEM product. The User has no license or other right to the QlikView Products and may not use the QlikView Products independently or separately from the OEM Product. QlikTech and its affiliates are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce the applicable terms of this Agreement. C. If your payment and registration information is incorrect, current and complete, and you do not notify us immediately if that information changes, we may suspend or terminate your account, terminate your license, and refuse any further use of the Software. 7.1. You must be a licensed user of the Transylvania Concrete Coatings desktop software to log in. Whether you purchased your software license on a one-time basis or by subscription (depending on your location and the purchase options available to you), you can still get a monthly or annual subscription to the Payroll for Desktop service by visiting the transylvania Concrete Coatings website www.quickbooks.intuit.com/. You must be a licensed subscriber or user of the latest or applicable version (currently supported or discontinued) of the Transylvania Concrete Coatings Desktop software to use the Payroll for Desktop service.
Restrictions, additional terms and charges apply. If you purchased a subscription to Transylvania Concrete Coatings Desktop Enterprise, the Payroll for Desktop service may be included depending on your subscription choice. 6.9. Social media sites. As described in Section A.5.2 above, the Software may provide social features or experience opportunities on social platforms such as Facebook®, Twitter® and LinkedIn® that enable or facilitate online sharing and collaboration or the ability to share content, materials and information between users of that social platform and the public. Any content or material you post, such as images, information, opinions, or personal information that you make available to other participants on those social platforms, is subject to those platforms` terms of use and privacy policies. Please refer to these social media platforms to better understand your rights and obligations with respect to this content. 5.1.9.1. Some pay slips for Service Desktop subscription plans may contain restrictions on the number of employees for whom payroll can be processed. If you purchase employee-restricted payroll for desktop service or a subscription, you may only be allowed to change payroll for up to a certain number of employees, and you may need to choose a higher pay level for office services or pay additional fees if you want to change payroll for more or more employees. If you want to process payroll for fewer employees, you need to choose a lower pay for office service levels.
Other payroll services for office services or subscription plans may be subject to a per-employee pricing model, and you may have to pay additional fees for each employee you add. The term “employee” as used in this section refers to all employees who are paid on computers used by individuals for whom a software license has been purchased. We may collect and use information about the number of employees you pay, and based on this information, we may suggest or recommend alternative payroll for office service levels. 6.3. Beta Features. From time to time, Intuit may, in its sole discretion, extend (or otherwise include in or with the Software) the ability for you to use or try new or updated beta features and provide feedback (for a fee). You understand and agree that your use of the Beta Features is voluntary and that Intuit has no obligation to provide you with the Beta Features. You understand that after using the beta features, you may not be able to revert to the previous non-beta version of the same or similar feature.
Also, if such recovery is possible, you may not be able to return or restore data created in the beta feature to the previous non-beta version. Beta features are provided “as is” and may contain errors or inaccuracies that may result in failures, corruption, or loss of data and/or information from a connected device. You acknowledge and agree that any use of the Beta Features is at your own risk. Beta features may not be available to all users or with or in all software editions or countries. Transylvania Concrete Coatings Desktop File Doctor Service is designed to help you fix certain types of file and/or data corruption, Windows configuration issues, and network configuration issues, and to test your network and troubleshoot network issues affecting Transylvania Concrete Coatings Desktop. Any access to or use of the Transylvania Concrete Coatings Desktop File Doctor service by or with Transylvania Concrete Coatings Desktop is also subject to the terms of the Transylvania Concrete Coatings Desktop Software End User License Agreement applicable to your licensed version (the “QB Desktop EULA”) and is also subject to Intuit`s Hiring Policy as set forth in the Transylvania Concrete Coatings Desktop EULA and also to the following address: quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/discontinue-products/quickbooks-desktop-service-discontinuation-policy-and-upgrade/00/185560. 4.2. Simultaneous file access limits. When you purchase a software license, you can use the software to manage multiple (different) corporate files. Depending on the edition of the software, the type and number of user licenses you have purchased (e.B.
Software versions or licenses that allow multiple users or multiple users) and depending on the payment of the corresponding additional or multi-user license fees, 2 or more network users can open, manage and/or collaborate on the same corporate file at the same time. As explained in section 4.1 above, there may be limits to the number of concurrent network users who can access a single corporate file at the same time. If you have not purchased enough user licenses, the software may not support or allow you to open or manage different corporate files at the same time. You are responsible for all access to and use (and maintenance of password protection) of all your corporate data files. 2.1. Registration of the Software. After installation, you may need to activate and register the software before using it, and you may be asked to provide a valid software product or license number. You agree to keep your registration and/or account profile information accurate, complete and up-to-date. It is strictly forbidden to allow or allow others to use your license number(s), product number(s) and validation number(s), if applicable. Qlik does not claim ownership of Submissions that you or other users post, upload, submit, or make available on the Qlik Website. By providing Submissions, you grant Qlik and any user of the Qlik Website, subject to all intellectual, industrial and proprietary rights, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable, free, royalty-free and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform and otherwise fully use such Submissions for any purpose. In order to grant Qlik and other users of the Qlik Website the rights, permissions and licenses described herein, you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary intellectual property rights in the Submissions and that your Submissions do not infringe any intellectual, industrial or other proprietary rights of others.
By uploading Submissions to the Qlik Website, you warrant that you will not download viruses, worms, Trojan horses or any other malicious, illegal or illegal code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any software or hardware. You acknowledge and agree that all Submissions are provided on a non-confidential basis, regardless of designation or privacy rating. All Submissions are subject to these Terms of Use, and Qlik reserves the right to remove Submissions that violate such Submissions at any time without notice. However, for the sake of clarity, Qlik has no obligation to monitor or remove posts, and Qlik assumes no responsibility for submissions shared by users. .
